Virtual Production Spotlight

2022

In 2020 we storyboarded a spotlight showcasing techniques required by virtual productions for films and episodics, highlighting in-camera visual effects workflows for motion pictures. In eight weeks we supervised a team of virtual production specialists to produce a game engine world. Partnering with Disguise to shoot the spotlight on their virtual production stage in London, we combined Disguise Designer with Unreal Engine, LED volume and camera tracking technology. In 2022 we released the spotlight, marking the first episode for virtual production audiences to stream worldwide.
